Ay welcome to audiotool.
For a quick rundown, audiotool is a amazing software, and there is a shit load of things to learn in the app (Trust me I'm still learning and I've been here for a minute.)
Like renz just said, watch the tutorials. They give you insight on the layout of the app, and what everything does.
From there, its up to you. You can either learn how to compose and make music by remixing someone elses track and looking into it (remix button looks like a vinyl disk), or you can go your own route.
I highly recommend you watch Ramzoid, he makes videos on youtube where he remixes something, or makes something, and shows you how he does it. Its a good kickstart into music.

You might want to start watching audiotool's tutorial but almost any tutorial video will be fine. Have fun!
