just record yourself saying something and edit it so it sounds cool. With the editor, use the "upload sample" feature and eventually will open the probe. The probe is where you can open any audio formats and edit them so they can be published. Just dont publish copyrighted stuff, because it will result in a temporary ban for the use of uploading samples. After editing your tag, publish it and you can make it private or public, whatever you wish.
