1- watch a tutorial
2- follow the tutorial
3- try the synthesizers
4- learn how to make chords (edm chords, lofi chords any thing to make you understand how to portray feeling)
5- after learning how to make chords and understanding the daw in a general sense you could start playing around with the effects and effect chains, reverbs, tubes, compressors, choruses whatever makes a cool sound
6- DONT BLAME THE DAW, DONT GIVE UP, and stay cool

all synthesizers have common traits that you should understand, volume (gain), waveform, tune and glide, and also have nobs or sometimes charts for attack, decay, sustain and release
i think the heisenberg is the best place to start because it litterly has everything you need and is pretty beginner friendly and it produces some insane sounds

Thank you, sorry for this second question though. when making a song, do you add a beat first or do you do the synthesizers, and brighter chords? bc idk the order in which you make a song.

i advise you dont start with drums, but it is possible to do so.
i usually start by laying down a chord progression (4 bars, 8 bars whatever meets the feeling i am going for) and then i add the melody then i add some layers and after all of that i add the drums and the bass
and keep asking dont worry i had dumber questions before
