People confuse the word "Alternative" for "Healthier"
Not sure what point you were trying to making with the "it takes 10 seconds to reach the brain" part, but it is true that there is more nicotine than tobacco ONLY when it is turned into vapor, tobacco contains 2.5 more nicotine than a vape in total, but when it is inhaled you only get half as much as a vape.

The main reason why nicotine is dangerous is that when you are addicted to it, you are exposed to other dangerous chemicals like the stuff on that website explained. But nicotine itself is not dangerous. Vapes have more nicotine (I suppose) so that people switch to vapes, but I don't really know, my relatives tried to but they still like tobacco better because it's missing a lot of other chemicals.
