tip: watch tutorials
no to boring they take like forever its like 10 min. to do one thing
do you want to learn or no?
Video tutorials are your best bet because the best form of learning a software is still having an actual person next to you, guiding you and interactively answer your real-time questions
I'd actually say that if you don't want to watch tutorials, you can just do a hell of a lot of experimentation...
Open up other people's tracks that you like and try and see if you can figure out what they did and why.
Mess around with things and you might end up making a decent remix or your own music.
But it does take effort, and one note would be that you'll be bad at it, until you get better, but it's that bittersweet process that makes it so worthwile.
If you can't spend 10 minutes watching a tutorial, just get into it, it'll teach you just as much... even more maybe.
But if you can't do either... making music mightn't be for you
Learning any new skill or program will be a big mess with lots of questions. You just have to stumble through, do an awful job, not know the answers, and experiment.
either watch tutorials or don't even bother
i used to thing 'tutz r boring' but those '10 mins' that you don't want to spend got me to where i am today
you just want things the easy way
'what if i don't want to watch tutorials'
i got an answer for that
don't even bother
AT has tutorials these are some good ones ---> https://www.youtube.com/user/AudiotoolTutorials . Also you can learn a certain genre by opening up someones track ( thats only if they have remix open) and see how they built everything. Its find that very helpful. There are also a lot of templates you could use to learn to :)
