Hello Audiotool Community!
Whilst the developers are hard at work on the app, the need for engaging the community by improving artist experiences seems just as crucial to the future of audiotool.
Infrequent events like [https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuZhzj4PboMmi-E5qn6c3b_UfCQIScXr0 audiotool:con (2013)] and the [https://www.audiotool.com/board/news/meet_the_team_in_los Los Angeles Team Meetup (2018)] have proven to be some of the most impactful ways to drive engagement and discussion that will make audiotool a better platform and community moving forward. So, the idea to start a more consistent, community-driven meetup seemed like a no-brainer.
Before things can get rolling, we want to do as much planning as we can in order to make the experience available to as many artists as possible. Our first step (1) is to get information about which cities artists are closest to so we can plan events that are the most accessible for the most artists.
In you're interested, please submit your information in the form below (and be sure to tell your friends)!
We want to get at least 250-500 responses in order to make better informed decisions about a location.
You can also opt-in to make your information available on a public Audiotool Artist Map. This way, you can hold your own personal meetups with artists to collaborate with.

Hey, well that's not too far from where I am.
But, in any case, I understand that not everyone has the means to travel.
But I want to encourage you, if you're still interested in the event, or holding your own local meetup(s), submit your info to the form anyways, it ends up helping everyone out in the longrun ^-^
Btw, I feel like there's some misunderstanding about the meetup project/the purpose of gathering the initial data. I do think its important that there be a frequently held, main audiotool meetup, but not everyone has the means to travel. So the official map will be available to give you all the opportunity of connecting with others locally for your own hangouts and potential collabs.

Do forgive my ignorance as well, but you should be able to just left click on it and then backspace it. Alternatively, there should be a small "x" on the bottom right of the device. For future reference, use the support tab in the board, could be more helpful.

what you do is you go to project and then click on the second bottom panel and you can upload that way, or you just click on samples on the right hand side of the screen and there u go lol
