how did feel when you reached certain weekly chart related milestones and accomplishments when you saw that you had reached them? like first time charting, first time charting first, first time getting in single charts or whatever?

majority of the times I chart are in chiptune, and aside from a couple like, jetdarc or kibbey tracks, it's always overlooked. Meaning I chart with like maybe 4 or 5 favs sometimes

inspired me to create even more, gave me some sense in where i should go with my music.
i know to remind myself that i do not need charts, personally, i need to satisfy myself with the music and art i create first and then maybe care about charts after.

I've charted once but it doesn't feel as good because it was in chiptune
Aside from that, I hope to chart again someday

I mostly chart alot back then and it's okay. I don't care anymore about that.

the first time i charted #1, got a surge of followers, and a surge of likes, it was really fucking awesome, but then i started to care less and less until i realized that the numbers truly don't mean that much to me, just as long as i like what i like making, thats all that matters, and if others like it too, then thats a nice bonus
