It'd be really awesome and cool if you could add in other plug-in's, into any of the tools. A Heisn sound into Serum, or a Vocaloid singing with a Heisn sound :3

If you are asking for VSTs support, sadly that won't be possible from a legal view. If you already have a plugin like serum, you can just export the heisn sound out and put that into the sampler inside Serum.
