ive heard a lot of songs with cute little kawaii anime noises and neko sounds and shit. i wonder if something like that from an anime, or some shit like that would comply with the terms and conditions for the sample upload. i wanna know so i can have some cutesy sounds like that. cause i like dem, dey so kyoot x3

I love some of those sounds too. But I imagine that none of them comply with the sample terms and they've all been sampled from copyrighted material. The owners are just trying their luck and benefiting from the fact that AT's team was overwhelmed by the task of cleaning their sample database. You can use them if you set your sample preference to "Unsafe". But you might find your tracks containing them and their samples unpublished at some point. Of course this applies to samples already in the AT server. But I'd discourage you to upload anime sounds from copyrighted sources yourself.
Unless you record them yourself, I wouldn't trust any of those samples.
