Probably low priority since there are two more modern compressors in the app. But it would be good to have the old compressor pedal's DSP fixed, to be able to apply compression with a lightweight device. The error affects the amount (and even direction) of loudness reduction at the output depending on different input levels and threshold settings.
Inavon took the time to study this bug and describe in detail what happens. Here are his observations: "Compression ratio can be negative; increasing input gain by x dB can cause an output gain reduction of greater than x dB. I.e. increasing input volume causes output volume to decrease. E.g. ratio of infinity should result in output volume staying constant when input is increased beyond threshold. Actual behaviour is that output volume decreases. Also something about how the actual threshold value doesn't match the displayed threshold value and changes depending on the ratio when it should not."
He posted a track illustrating the bug: https://www.audiotool.com/track/r0vy8491/
