Uploaded 9 samples (1 is visible to all users) an hour ago,
said upload was successful for each,
said that the public sample is available now,
all uploads show up under "Assets",
none shows up in My samples,
none shows up in samples search, not the public one either.
Refreshing doesn't help.
No error message of any kind.
Desktop; 64-bit Win7 Professional; up-to-date Chrome, Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (64-bit).
This sad panda can't finish the song with the samples not showing up. :-(

ALL samples are unaccessible today. I now get "Error: Internal Server Error" too.
samples have been off and on all week for whatever reason

Yeah, I know right, this is one hardcore bug. Haven't been able to do anything today. :-( I really hope they can figure it out. I also have Soundation, but that's not nearly as flexible as Audiotool. Love the UI here too! Now if only the samples search worked ...
Well, the sample search works again today, but my uploads still don't show up. :-(
Oi! The uploaded samples DO show up when I open a new project! They do NOT show up when I load one that already existed before I uploaded them.
And much to my displeasure I just had to discover that it isn't possible to copy an existing project into a new one. Ergo, my song's stuck at unfinishable until y'all have fixed this bug. >:-(
isn't it possible by selecting every device, then copying and pasting that into a new project?
Not the way I tried it (two browser tabs). ... tries it differently ... Hm, yeah, if you stay in the same tab and switch between projects by way of "Window", then it works – for some devices. Can't seem to copy the melody I played on the keyboard/Heisenberg. Since I played it by ear I would have to play it again. And recreating the arrangement of the beat patterns on the timeline would be a MAJOR pain in the butt. %-( I guess I'll have to though if they don't fix this within a reasonable time.
Can you please share a screenshot of this case (one search that succeeds and one that fails)? The sample search is quite unreliable atm, but it should either be broken as a whole or not at all.
Sh*t. I just spent a couple of hours recreating the song in a new project – and soon as I saved the project, my uploaded samples stopped showing up in the search. :-( Here you go: https://imgur.com/a/oaHlkvC

I just tried something: I inserted one of the samples into a new project and saved it. That project retains access to all uploaded samples, even after a browser restart. Then I opened the previous project that I had saved without having already inserted any samples, and the samples immediately vanished from the search.
They also vanish when a project is saved when an uploaded sample has already been inserted, but AudioTrack is disconnected from the Centroid.
Thank you for the additional info. The search is having issues at the moment but this kind of behavior is new to me.
We'll look into this.
We have a temporary fix for the search in place, but you problem looks different.
Can you please check whether the licenses of your samples and tracks are compatible?
Sorry for the delay. How do I check that? ... ... I managed to finish and publish the song by inserting one of the uploaded samples first thing, with AudioTrack connected to the Centroid, and THEN saving. This way they all stayed available in the project. ... ... But as I see now, they've vanished again sometime between publishing and now – at least from SAMPLES > My (No results found.). They are still visible in SAMPLES > Track and in the timeline though, and they still work in the track itself. ... ... ETA ... Oh, found it! The samples are CC BY-SA, the track All rights reserved. ... ... I just changed the license of the track to CC BY-SA and the samples immediately also showed up in SAMPLES > My again. Aaand ... now I can't change the license back to All rights reserved.
