UPLOAD_SAMPLE request failed

I'm trying to upload a vocal sample, and every time I submit it it fails and sends me that message... This has been happening for months and every time it "fixes" itself, but it happens way too often for it to be a one or two time thing. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have been experiencing the same problem. I am trying to upload a sample to a song, and it prompts me that exact message. I think it is a universal problem right now.
