I was opening one of my older tracks in Next, but it was saying something like "Please hold on we'll be right back" and there was a countdown bar of some kind. My track was almost opened, but the program reset before it could fully open it. I tried opening it again after it reset, but there is nothing showing up. When I open that same track the desktop is blank as if it were a new track. I really want to get my full track back if it's possible.

Go to next and try to locate the draft under Open Project tab.
It's blank when I open it. Every single asset that was originally in it is still completely gone.
When you open this track in next, does it still say "Unsaved Flash-Track" on the upper right? If so, close the track via Project -> Close. The "Close Unsaved Project" Dialog should appear. Click on "delete" (don't worry). Re-Open the track, and you should be good.
