Using the Previous Page and Next Page icons in the browser or their keyboard shortcuts doesn't load the appropriate page. The URL in the address bar changes, but the browser just stays on the latest loaded page. I have to refresh the current page (F5) to get the correct page on the screen. Deleting the website cookies doesn't fix this.

I've experienced occasional glitches with the website's history for some time. But now it's broken consistently.
I can confirm that this is an issue on the most recent versions of chrome too.
