Some samples can't be timestretched in timeline

For some samples, choosing timestretch mode causes the audio clip to show as "loading" indefinitely and not play back. The sample plays back normally when pitch mode is selected. Examples of samples that don't work in timestretch mode include all of the newloops tambourine samples.

A track with timestretched samples that don't play back: https://www.audiotool.com/track/p98g0dufr/

Thank you for the reproduction steps. This most likely the same issue as https://www.audiotool.com/board/bug_reports/unable_to_open_specific
Maybe this happens for very short samples (didn't try that).
We fixed an issue one week ago that caused our publishing server to crash when rendering some tracks. This looks like being strongly related.

It seems to not be caused by short samples, as some of the tambourine samples are quite long, while some hat samples are much shorter and still play back when timestretched.

Also forgot to mention - this problem didn't exist at least a few months ago, as I had older drafts with timestretched samples that played back before but don't anymore.

Thank that will help to find the cause.

Just tested:

  1. Create Audiotrack
  2. Drag "12 inch Tambourine 05" to 0:00
  3. Set timestretch mode
  4. Stretched the sample to double length
  5. Play
No issues here. Can you try to reproduce this issue? Maybe it had been fixed a while ago.

I also checked your draft which is working fine now. So I assume this has been fixed.
