Just now, while I was using the smart grid, it wouldn't go any lower than 1/16. I was zoomed in all the way. I am using Google Chrome and the Booster .exe, if it helps.

Go into preferences and go where it says “timeline” and uncheck the box that says “clamp smart-snapping” or something like that
