My most recent project has been getting a bug where the window freezes and an message reading "Server connection" and below it "hang on while we're reconnecting". This seems to happen at random, I can't think of a correlation with something I'm doing. After I get this message, the project fails to load and I have to refresh the window. After this it still takes abnormally long to render the project, which at the minute is very empty.

I have the same problem. My connection is very good but it disconnet again and again!
This is probably due to server problems on AT's side. Not much you can do about it except posting in this topic: https://www.audiotool.com/board/bug_reports/what_to_do_on_service Posting the type of error and the date/time it happened on the linked post helps the devs to look through the server logs and identify the problem.
