Please make sure that you search in the "All" tab. If you search for drums in your favorites it will only show a result if you have it in your list. Same for the "my" tab. Results will also be excluded if you only search for loops in a certain tempo range or only for one shot.
Bumping this. The sample search function definitely doesn't work correctly. Some keywords that should definitely return matches (like "808", "_126", "bassloop", "analogue", "piano1", "toploop" and others) don't, even after making sure that no filters are restricting the search. I can't see any logic to which keywords work and which don't. Some keywords (like "minimal" or "future") return matches that don't have it in their names or tags.
Bumping this. There's definitely something wrong with sample search. For example, when trying find and audition samples from the Audio Resource Collective, which all share a naming system, I can't find -any- of them. For example, searching for "elk", "fsd", "tr8", "tr9", "ark", "arw" or "emi" (prefixes of several sample packs) finds no results at all. Can anybody else reproduce this?
Please re-check. All of those search terms work for me (2:20 CET).
If this happens again (assuming this was temporary for you), please add a comment in https://www.audiotool.com/board/bug_reports/what_to_do_on_service with a timestamp.
There's a dedicated service for handling search requests which can fail independently of the rest of the system.
Well, I'm stumped, but none of those work for me. I double checked that my search filters are off (All samples, All types), no unwanted spaces in the search string, and the search strings just give me the "No results found." message.
I checked multiple combinations: Firefox, Chromium, admin, ordinary user, worklet, booster. Everything works as expected.
I noticed, though, that all samples you suggested have a clearance of "trustworthy". Are you sure your sample clearance level is at least lowered to "trustworthy"? When switching the level to "Safe", I cannot find those samples anymore - which is correct.
To double-check: when switching to "safe" the clearance indicator (blue, green or orange circle) before all samples in the list disappears.

I have no clue what the problem is that you are describing and there is nothing to help the devs solve it.

Sample search doesn't work.Whatever I write it just says No results found.
Electro,drums,piano....anything!!
As an example: the string "mj_tr909" will find at least 6 matches in the library (safe samples), but "tr909" or "909" will find no matches.

Ok, this is really interesting. I checked again without any problems. Will test some other combinations.
