Ranting about Stereo Enhancer device on AT

AWENiX · started 2021-08-02 12:18 · updated 2021-09-11 22:52

tbh the stereo device on AT sucks, idk if that happens on other DAWs too, haven't checked it yet. Anyway, when I pull the tone knob hard, the audio suddenly stops, even if I remove it.
I will not report this as a bug because I need to test this in other DAWs. Maybe this is normal.

Interesting. Is this reproducible every time?

This is called hyper stereo. Only available here. you send the signal directly to the earth core and back to audiotool. It should be be back in two hours with a natural million year old glance

Can consistently reproduce it. But man, you really have to yank the knob a few times moving the mouse all the way up and down as fast as you can. I don't know why you'd do that. Just delete the device and create a new one, the audio will come back.

Sometimes you want to speed up the process, I was too stressed out maybe 😅

it also happens when automating 'tone', even when scrolling the play bar to a song section where the value changed

Thanks y'all for your input. We'll have a look into this. But considering that the device hasn't changed in ages, it's unlikely to receive a high priority.
Please refrain from torturing the device in the meantime ;)
