Bumping this thread - lately I've been experiencing a lot of "Lost connection - hold on while we reconnect" type messages, right as I'm the the middle of things. Not sure why this keeps cropping up, as the rest of my internet seemingly functions fine during these events.
Are you sure the problem isn't your wifi or internet connection?
I haven't heard of general stability problems lately (except for the sample search being slow or non-functional).
We just fixed a but which might have had a side effect. If the problem remains, please report the exact time (with timezone) to see if other users are experiencing the same.
