The AT player at the bottom of the screen obscures the underlying part of the web page so that, for example, most of the Browse, Help, Audiotool and Legal links aren't accessible. Maybe a sufficient margin could be added to the website's layout to accommodate the player when it's present.

Confirmed on a Firefox 63.0.3 (64-bit) on Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon as well.
But the only affected page I could find was https://www.audiotool.com/
It happens also in About, Help, Tutorials, etc. Basically every page with a footer. Ironically, many pages accessed thought the unreachable links.

So why isn't this being fixed?
There are other tasks with higher priority.
i am aware of this, it's just been a problem for two months now so it should have been fixed
Fixed - all pages now have some extra space at the bottom.
