When the right panel is hidden, it's still possible to "resize" it by hovering the right window border (just a few pixels before the actual border, where the pointer shape changes to a double horizontal arrow), clicking and then dragging to the left. Since the panel is still hidden, it wont' be visible, but it will still "push" the rest of the interface (top bar and status bar elements) towards the left.
Expected behaviour would be that panel resizing isn't available when it's hidden.
