How to reproduce:
- Create a long note in a note region
- Create a second shorter one
- Move the short note somewhere in the middle of the long note so it is entirely covered
It is now impossible to move the short note. You can select it by the handle but if you try to move it the long note is selected.
I also experienced that by moving the short note over the long note it sometimes disappears in the background of the long note.
