Could just be a local loading issue for them, I have that happen sometimes. Should be fixed if you reload the page/draft. (Tends to occur when I've been in a draft and I switch over to another tab for an extended amount of time, when I go back to it the audio doesn't work anymore though I'm sure that's just something along the lines of the browser prioritizing the functionality of the tabs you're on if that makes sense)
