I cant change my license

whenever i try to upload my track it always defaults to all rights reserved and i cant change my license so i cant upload

i used a few presets
but when im pubbing,
it says the license is all rights reserved, but its not

I am using public assets and samples
the license should not be on all rights reserved, in fact, if you want to change the preferences of the track, it tells you to choose a valid license, but you cant choose one.
thats whats mainly happening to me
idk if @kingflatgaming has the same problem, but thats what im dealing with atm
please fix soon

This is what it does
when you go to publish a track, its defaults to all rights reserved, but when you go change it
you cant, because its blocked or something
