I uploaded a sample named "Tube_Drum_1_F3_Cymbal_SP" with the "hide from community" option checked (just verified in the app, it's still hidden).
This sample hasnt been faved, making it unavailable in any user's "fav samples" library.
Yet, some people manage to use it in their track, most recently in this one https://www.audiotool.com/track/soda_jazz/assets
I don't think this should be happening, except if the sample is part of a machiniste preset, which is not the case in this track.

Sorry, I dont get notification for these replies. So yes the sample is in plenty of song that are remixable, however, the track I linked is not a remix, and the sample hasnt been faved, so I just dont know how it got there.
they can stil record the sample from the timeline and save it as their own and use it then completely forget about the remix draft and start a whole new thing from scratch

But then I wouldn't have a notification from sample used in a track, which is the case here

there is a favorite sample button. they could have done that
then in their own track. they could go in their Favorited samples tab and used it.
