So this is something that's been happening to me for a while but i don't think it's been posted about so:
Almost everytime I switch tabs from audiotool to something else then switch back, audiotool will have either be completely black or have missing textures which can range from just the wires and lights disappearing to most of the textures for synths and effects disappearing, rendering the app almost completely unusable. The program will also sometimes freeze.
This happens on both of my computers, both have the latest version of chrome. I can provide screenshots if necessary.

Yeah i reported this some time ago, still affects me. IIRC the reason this hasnt been fixed is because the devs cant reproduce this bug, and as a result dont know how to address it. Dunno about you but this makes bouncing into Probe impossible for me too cause it opens itself in a tab adjacent to the tab running Next, making both Probe and Next crash simultaneously :/
yeah the only work-around i've found is opening audiotool in a new window, imo that should be the default because new users will probably be turned off by the program if it breaks just by switching tabs.
but even in a new window if you click a link and it opens it in the window with at in it, it breaks again lol
Hey, every developer says "It works on my machine so there's no bug :P" sometime in their career!
It might help to check out another Browser (Firefox) to see it behaves different at least or gives us a meaningful error message. I guess Chrome desperately tries to free up some memory when switching tabs.
this is happening to me...i literally cant bounce timeline because the app, the website, AND probe freeze
