In the preferences, you can change your fps to 60 fps lock instead of 30, the setting says "Best" I would have the impression that this would make the fps more stable. Instead it changes the fps lock. It should say something like "FPS: 60fps" instead of "FPS: Best"

I guess this is because 60 fps is the upper limit a browser supports and thus the preferred rate.
Would it make sense to rename that to "60 fps (preferred/optimum)" @andremichelle
