Follow playback position when stopping transport

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or a missing feature, but since it involves inconsistent behaviour, I assume it must be a bug.

When the "Follow track position" icon is active and playback is stopped with the "Stop" transport button, the timeline view fails to jump to the beginning of the track. I'd expect the timeline view to follow the playback position marker to the beginning of the track when the "Stop" transport button is clicked.

Steps to reproduce:

Activate "Follow track position".

Play the track from anywhere in the middle. Make sure that the timeline view is zoomed in and smaller than the total track length.

Whenever the playback position marker goes past the window's right edge, the timeline view will jump to follow it.

Stop the playback with the "Stop" transport button. The playback position marker returns to the track start but the timeline view doesn't.

If you play again from the track start, the timeline view stays in the old position and doesn't follow the playback position marker.

Ubuntu Studio 18.04.3 LTS, Chrome 77.0.3865.90, official build, 64 bits.

oh yeah that happens to me too, but i also thought it wasn't a bug. the player only moves forward when there is not enough space in the right-side of the view

I'd also call this a inconsistency. Whenever the playhead moves to the left (due to stop or loop range) the view doesn't follow.
