The keyboard shortcuts to change the interface layout (Shift+1, Shift+2 and Shift+3) seem to also activate the desktop tools as well (keyboard shortcuts 1, 2, 3 and 4).
Steps to reproduce:
- With the interface layout in desktop only, Pointer desktop tool active and keyboard focus on the desktop, press Shift+2.
- After the layout changes to timeline only, press Shift+1 to return to desktop only.
- The Selection desktop tool is active now.
- Click the desktop to return keyboard focus to it and press Shift+3.
- The Cue desktop tool is active now.
- If you press Shift+4 (unassigned), the Hand desktop tool will be active.
This bug is quite confusing when you've been working on the timeline, then return to the desktop to change something and it doesn't work because now you're in selection mode without realising it.
Note: This bug only happens when the desktop has keyboard focus before the interface layout change.
Desktop, Linux Ubuntu 18.04, Google Chrome 74.0.3729.131, official build, 64 bits.
