Steps to reproduce:
#Place down a device (pulv for example)
#Remove the name of the device
#Try to find a way to rename it ;)
Also, you can't move the device in the timeline because you need to click on the name to move it.

When i first found this problem i thought i could fix it later, so i closed audiotool and my history also got deleted.
One workaround is to Copy+Paste the device and delete the original one. The copy get a new name.
