As suggested by the hausmeister will write a bug report, so all is kept in one place.
For example, a user types a message on my wall, under my track, in my board post, then decides to delete that message, it will still be displayed on the news feed on the main page although the message has been deleted.
Not a big deal, but a question about the privacy.

I also think this isn't ideal the way it is now.
Someone posted a link to some pedophilia stuff on my wall and despite the fact that his account is now deleted the entry in my notifications/activity page still exist.
I wouldn't call this a privacy problem in the first place but I agree that a deletion should be propagated through the entire system.
