Copy-Pasting projects messes up note tracks displacement

I don't know why I never filled a bug report for this. Sometimes when my track is ready for publishing, I have ideas how to recycle its sounds into completely different music, so I Copy the whole Setup to paste it in a new draft so I can save it for later.

The only issue is that the pasted version note tracks are messed up, almost like being displayed upside down, which is confusing because you got used to the arrangement in the original version.

@andremichelle I guess new bug is introduced. Now copy pasting between projects isn't working at all. Only within the same project.
