Depending on the panning of the screen on the desktop and the position of the devices on it, the sub-menus of a device context menu appear separated from it. There's a gap between the menu and the sub-menu, which appears to get bigger as the devices are lower on the screen. Therefore, the sub-menu disappears as soon as the pointer leaves the main context menu and it can never be reached. I cannot reproduce this with just a few devices on screen. It seems to happen only on quite big arrangements.

I still can't seem to be able to attach images here. What is the exact procedure? In any case, the problem has worsened. When I call the context menu on a free connector, the sub-menu with the list of devices that normally appears after the "Connect to >" item is nowhere to be seen anymore. Same with "Connect from >". Maybe the sub-menu's coordinates are outside of the window. The "Overload" indicator also appears every time I call the context menu.
Now that the desktop has been migrated to HTML+OpenGL: Is this still an issue?
No, I can't seem to reproduce this anymore.
