When moving devices on the desktop, two red fill boxes appear whenever the device being moved is placed over another existing device, one red fill box for each device. On the other hand, when adding a new device to the desktop from the device panel, only one red fill box appears to indicate a device collision, just for the new device being placed. There's no red fill box for the existing device being collided into. It would be practical, especially in big arrangements zoomed out (as is the case whenever adding devices from the device panel) that two red fill boxes, not only one, would be shown.

To me that even looks like a bug.
Yes, since it involves inconsistent behaviour. Moving it.
This bug hasn't been entirely fixed. It works for devices dragged from the devices panel, but not for Audiotrack devices automatically created when dragging a sample from the sample panel into the desktop.
