update: this i kind of solved but this was my user journey.
i noticed can't publish my track. before that i saved in the track some device presets as all rights reserved, but the first confusion was that those presets didn't showed up in my user preset list nether showing a preset name at the device itself.
when i later wanted to publish the track i got error messages that i should change my license model without further instructions.
as a user i did not understood that i should change my presets. i looked into my song preferences and was confused that all radio select buttons for track licenses were disabled and that i could not apply a change to the song preferences.
reading in the forums i noticed a other user mentioning similar problems that all rights reserved presets can be the source of the problem. the audiotool app itself was pointing me not to that issue. my last problem was that i could not remember anymore which devices had all right reversed presets, so i had to made random new creative common presets for all devices in the song.
after that i was able again to make adjustments to the song preferences and publish the track.
as a user this was confusing as the error popups were not really clear what i have to fix.
