If you are using a computer or laptop with poor hardware (basically it's slow), there's a good chance it's not being able to process the audio fast enough. This happens to even the best computers when you have a big enough draft. I'd recommend installing the https://www.audiotool.com/board/newbie/audiotool_booster-647DbY799 for that. It will help if this is the case.
Another thing you can do is install Razor Cortex, but this is completely optional. They do a great job with closing down unnecessary background processes and when I work on very big drafts it helps quite a bit alongside the booster.

Could you give me some more details or maybe screenshots?
yes the audio is still braking up when I try to work on my song!
there still is a audio issue can not hear track i am working on sounds bad.
