yesterday it happened rarely, but today it's happening at least every edit in my draft. The audio stops working, the meter freezes up, and the timeline won't show anything playing. I have to reload the app completely to get it working again, so no it's not lag. I'm using the .jar booster on chrome.

i cant hear audio ever even if i restart app
Could it be a driver issue? Do you have any other app or browser tab that could be using the audio interface simultaneously and blocking it? I've had similar problems when other software was playing audio on the same interface.
Yeah it happens to me too I had to rejoin serval times for audio to work.
Bumping this - it's been happening to me a lot. Right in the middle of playing, my sound suddenly cuts, and won't reload until I refresh the page. I notice in the Control Panel in the Sound item, my primary playback device is maxed, even if there is no sound playing. It's not until refresh that it goes back to normal.
I haven't noticed any particular pattern to this behavior, other than occasionally while I'm listening to my track as it plays back, or if I leave it idle for a minute and try and come back for a listen, does it just die. After refresh, everything is fine for a while, until it happens again.
I should also comment that I'm using the Chrome "App" where, Audiotool appears to be running as it's own application, and not in a Chrome tab.
Another note - it seems like every time I tab away this happens as well. If I go to another window and come back, it dies and I have to refresh.
Hey, I'm currently having this problem. Did u find a way to fix this? If so please lmk ASAP!
