I'm recording a cello in Ableton and trying to bring the .wav file over in audiotool but no matter what I do, it desyncs my recording. I have my track set to 115 and I use the audiotool Metronome to keep me on tempo as I record the cello from Ableton. Somehow, someway, audiotool desyncs my audio and I've tried multiple times and different ways to fix the problem and I can't seem to fix it without the cello sounding distorted or weird when I stretch it out to match the tempo. Either I'm doing something wrong or this is an actual bug. I've spent hours trying to fix this recording and I'm throwing my hands up at this point.

Why don't you record your instrument into the AT Studio directly? https://www.audiotool.com/board/manual/audio_live_recording-nuy65x
Because it's a plugin from Ableton. I'm trying to pull the melody I'm making over from there to audiotool but audiotool keeps placing it out of sync
How are you importing the audio into the Studio? If you're using the Probe editor, have you tried to define the sample as an one shot instead of a loop? Loops seem to have tempo information embedded in them, but one shots don't.
