When the track is open, I would upload a piece of album art to the properties of the track. Then I clicked save, showing a box saying cover uploading. Then I go back into track properties to check to see if the album art is there, finding its gone. I have tried numerous times on multiple tracks. This problem only started since the last update of Audio Tool.

Has no one got the answer, It is getting to the point where i am considering switching to a new account on AT. I will not be happy if all my future tracks feature no album art. Is it a bug or have I broke rules or something. If I have, please let me know so that we can solve it.
It is for my tracks. When the track is open on the app, I try to add the cover into the track properties. It seems fine, showing the cover is uploading. But when I go into the track properties again, the cover is gone. I have reinserted the cover and tried again. get shown the same message of the cover uploading. Go into the properties again, finding it not there.
i just tried an image from pixabay, and it worked. what is the maximum file size and does it prefer, tiff or jpeg?
yeah, i think my files were too big. I made the album covers in photoshop.
