+/- field next to BPM value in the sample browser can be set to negative values

When searching for loops on the sample browser, it is possible to set the +/- field after the BPM value to negative values. I think this is an error, since the field expresses an absolute value to apply both over and under the set tempo to get a range of them.

Google Chrome 75.0.3770.80, official build, 64 bits. Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS.

I think this was reported before but I can't find the post. Sorry in advance if duplicate.

If that was the case, I think negative tempos should play the track backwards ;-P

Should be fixed now.
