Generally, glitch hop songs to be between 90 or 110 bpm and feature a bunch of bass sounds similar to either dubstep or complextro/EDM. More over, a great deal of glitch hop songs have shuffly drum patterns.
I suggest that you search on youtube "monstercat glitch hop" or "gaming glitch hop" if you want to know more about the genre, since I think these would be good examples of that genre.
you want to add a lot of layers in the drop and arrange them like a complextro or future bass song would. some instruments to start of with would be things like dubstep growls and basses, supersaw chords, etc.
