You could use either the speed effect on the Rasselbock, or just use a Pitch Delay. If you're using the pitch delay you need to have certain settings for it to properly change the pitch. The settings go as follows: Feedback 0% Level 100% Step Count 1 Step Length 2, and then you can adjust the pitch knob to your liking. Where do I make those settings?
you just pull out the pitch delay, double click on the knobs and put those stats into the box that shows up when you double click them.
