How does one change the pitch of a sound?

I'm tryna change the pitch of this one sample but the manual doesn't help. Halp meh pls

You could use either the speed effect on the Rasselbock, or just use a Pitch Delay. If you're using the pitch delay you need to have certain settings for it to properly change the pitch. The settings go as follows: Feedback 0% Level 100% Step Count 1 Step Length 2, and then you can adjust the pitch knob to your liking. It will cause a minor delay when it starts, so you might want to have it start earlier than you would normally want it to. Alternatively you could just do this: https://imgur.com/a/1Zk0UXt.

you just pull out the pitch delay, double click on the knobs and put those stats into the box that shows up when you double click them.
