"First of all I'd like to say thank you for the vote. You are the bests. If you like to read my interview visit the Audiotool Facebook: (link is only visible to registered users)
Happy Holiday to you all!
I never dreamed how difficult it would be to choose only ten tracks. Now I have found how hard this limitation is. Luckily it occurred to me that I should take only tracks which are 100% pure Audiotool and produced without the use of our sample library. Here too I had to restrict myself and throw out some fantastic works to keep the rules. There is just too much awesome music around here. Shame on you!"
"Every new attempt (it felt like 1000) to compile this album had one thing in common: This track.
With a single Bassline 3 and FX automations which I still can't comprehend
@Someone
created something that most of us couldn't even have managed with a full orchestration. Musically and technically far away from anything what I could ever produce. "
"Well deserved winner of the Moogfest Contest. This track also raises the justifiable question: how the hell did he get all this out of only two Pulverisateurs?
Kepz also would have been on any list of mine. His stuff is not only very well produced, it also meets my taste in 99.9% of cases."
"There is no 100% pure Audiotool list without Mr Standfast. In very few of his tracks are there any signs of samples. His synth melodies are unmatched not to mention what he does with the drums. That's Mr Standfast."
"One of my first real favorites on Audiotool (and what luck without samples). A perfect symbiosis of a cool Minimal beat and atmospheric synth lines. And that bass!
And it was here that I first understood the Tonematrix as an respectable production tool not just a toy. We can only hope for a Sumad comeback soon."
"Freshest addition to the list: heartwarming Trance synth melodies and ... isn't that a choir? No that's impossible isn't it.
In the middle of the track we are surprised to hear something like a little organ solo which conjures up a smile and then sends us back to the dreamy melancholia of this piece of art."
"We don't have to say anything about Noraus' qualities as a sound designer. What he has created here without samples or even a drum computer is mind-blowing. The glitchy hi hats, the percussions and the fat kick drum, all synthesized with the Heisenberg is just indescribable. And on top of it all it is simply an awesome Dub track. "
"Another sound master: Tyburn. Here too no trace of drum computer. Instead 100% Pulverisateur. A stroke of genius in my eyes. A little more Tyburn wouldn't hurt in future. "
"One Pulve, one reverb and a compressor. Not the setup you would expect behind this fresh and funky milestone. This is really worth opening, there is something to learn here. "
"Underrated: this applies to practically every active user except a hand full of people so this recommendation goes out to every one of you. My special selection from this thousands is Sharkyyo. Not only because his track "Deep Inside" delivered the initial spark for the 100% Audiotool idea.
This guy has worked his way through the material in the past two years like hardly another. The progress is unmistakable and more than deserves this recommendation. Go ahead Sharkman!"
Thank you guys for the kind words. I feel flattered. So many great artist haven't been featured yet and some of you could know why I am not sad about that fact and needed a vote to get my face up there ... anyway I am really happy that I got to know you all and look forward to an interesting 2016. cheers
