This is an album about the end of the world. Throughout this album, Lucifer's fall, Lucifer's rise to power, the birth of the Antichrist, a war in Heaven, God's battle with the Devil (and much more) is showcased. In the end, we find out why this album is called "It Didn't Go As Planned." After the world ended, a new Heaven and a new Earth were created, just like the Bible says. But something got left behind in the darkness. While Satan is trapped in the abyss, his son, is still floating around in the emptiness. The End?
