"Wish You Were Here" is basically a Christmas movie about love, self-growth, and patience.

Because I had nothing else better to do for the holiday season, I challenged myself to get as many songs done as I could in the last half of December. All of these were 98% complete after a single sitting of 8 to 10 hours. I honestly don't know what possessed me to suddenly crank out all these ideas after not touching the app almost all year, but I'm proudly grateful to say it couldn't have been done without Audiotool.
The album cover is a picture of a church basement I've been going to for a place to sleep since the beginning of December. Half of these songs were produced there, the rest were produced at a YMCA. The rest of my Fall and Winter was spent assistant-teaching children, coaching my girlfriend through rehab, and eating fried scallops or ribs from the Chinese place on Broadway. Thank you for listening.
I really, really like what you've done here. Somehow there's such a strong spirit of pop culture, in its very simple charm. Joyful and, as a Christmas movie would be, slightly stereotypical and overly sweet. But it is done very genuinely and lovingly.
