I'd like to start by thanking each and every person that has entered the contest. Deciding the top tracks was extremely difficult for me and I had many ties among other places. I decided to cut it down to top 3 for this reason, it was simply too hard to rank everything with how good the entries were. I was blown away by the work you guys put in, and the bar was raised incredibly high by you all.

With all the entries being so spectacular, the top selection really could of gone in soo many directions. That being said, after many re-listens I was able to finally come up with my favorites. So, without further ado, here are my top 3 tracks:
.
In first place we have Retro with his track "Hold on Tight"
The vocaloid in the second part is just so amazing, and I love the tone of the track. The drums are super crisp, and the happy bounce is stellar. I found myself returning to his entry the most to relisten, which is why I can confidently say he won the contest. Congratulations, Retro!
.
In second place we have We Die with "the dying girl"
There's just so many excellent parts in this track. The beautiful pads, hard hitting drop, and overall composition is really well executed and I like the darker theme. I was caught by surprise multiple times throughout the listen. Great work!
.
In third place we have cryptic sines with "moments with you"
The intro in this was probably my favorite section of any of the entries. I love that ambience! The sound design in the subsequent parts is great as well. It was a super unique take on the sample, and I really like the creativity there. The only reason I ranked it a bit lower here was I feel like the intro did not blend as well into the rest of the track as it could have. Regardless, it was still a wonderful piece. Thanks!
Wow!!...that was probably one of the funest remix comps I've done. After I saw all the entries I knew that there was probably a good chance of me not getting top 3. All the remixes were sooooo good. Even though I didn't get top three I had a lot of fun. It was also a great learning experience for me. While listening to the entries I was getting ideas for projects I could make. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did, and thank you
@owtlet
for the remix comp. =)
