The original Clouds album was meant to contain my best music ever. I put so much effort into each and every song, and the result was largely a success. That album contained much of my best work up to that point and pushed me to become a better artist overall.

Clouds II started off with a similar goal. However, as the years went on and I left Audiotool for a time, the album stalled. At one point after their creation, these drafts were among some of the best I had ever had, but for one reason or another, I couldn't finish them. At this point in time, unlike my original Clouds album, I don't believe that these tracks are necessarily my best work ever. However, I believe that finishing this album is just as monumental for my musical development as Clouds. Sometime in the past, each and every one of these drafts was enormously important to me. They represented my best musical ideas and lots of hard work. While I don't necessarily feel the same about them anymore, I feel as if a weight has been lifted off of my chest. Some of these tracks are over 4 years old, and it feels good that they finally get to see the light of day.

I have been on this site for over 7 years now. I cannot put into words how much this community means to me. I understand that I'm not as popular on here as I used to be, but it brings me so much happiness that even a handful of people might enjoy these tracks as much as I did making them.

I'm not sure what my musical journey has in store for me. I am putting the final touches on my Volume 2 ep, which will be my best work to date. After that, I don't know what happens next. But I do know that I have always loved creating music, and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I used to try to plan out everything I was going to do, but my plans always fell apart. Now I have decided to simply go with the flow when it comes to music.
