    Yes and no. If you manually pitch the sample you can upload these variations into the Machiniste and use the piano roll to play them (but you will only get the number of notes = to the slots available in the machi).

    There is not a sampler in AT that works in the manner you are describing.

      Well technically you could do some CRAZY stuff with pitch delay to get even higher or lower notes on top of the Machineste.
