I just started making beats & I used a synthbass in the machinist & it makes a wobbly noise, when they both collide together. Can any Producer help me?

How do I stop a sample SynthBass from colliding in one shots! Someone Tell me!
Play around with the sample lenght. this should help. If this is what collides mean in your request. They overlap?
